🔒 Important:

• No refunds are made under any circumstances.
• Only one exchange per size is allowed.
• No exceptions are made for underwear, no refunds, and no more than one exchange per size.

📝 Steps to Request a Size Change

1. 📅 Check the deadline

You have 10 calendar days from the date you receive the product to request an exchange.
After this period, changes are not accepted under any circumstances.

2. 👀 Make sure the garment is in proper condition

The girdle or product purchased must be:

• Unused.
• No stains or odors.
• With its original tags.
• In its complete and original packaging.

If the belt or purchased product is defective in any of the above, under no circumstances will refunds be issued, even if you are within 10 days of requesting it.

 

3. 📧 Request the change by email

4. 🗒️ Include in the body of the email:

• Order number.
• Size you wish to receive.
• Your waist and hip measurements (if you would like size advice).
• Phone number.
• Please indicate if you would like assistance from the team in choosing a size or style.

5. 🕒 Wait for the team's response

• If you requested advice, you will receive a personalized response within 2 to 4 business days .

💲 Cost per Voluntary Change

The change has a cost of $20 USD , which includes:

• Return shipping.
• Forwarding of the new garment.

Payment will be made via a payment link sent by the customer service team.

🔁 If the new product has a different price:

• If the new product is priced higher , the difference will be included in the same payment link along with the $20 USD fee.
• If the new product is of lower value , the remaining balance will remain as a credit for exclusive use in our online store.

🛠️ Changes due to Error or Quality Defect

In case of shipping error or manufacturing defect:

• Shape Your Body assumes all costs of the process .
• The $20 USD fee is not charged .
• A free return guide will be sent.
• If the new product has a higher price, the customer will only have to pay the price difference .

🔍 Garment Inspection and New Product Shipping

Once the belt is received, a quality control is carried out which can take between 3 to 4 business days :

• If the garment meets all the conditions, the new size or style requested will be sent.
• If there is a price difference, it will be applied as mentioned above.

📦 Packages Marked as “Delivered”

Once the carrier marks the package as “delivered”:

• Forma Tu Cuerpo is not responsible for theft or loss after delivery.
• We recommend you check with:
• People in your home.
• Administration or reception of your building.
• Close neighbors.

Package includes:

• Copy of the order.
• A note indicating the desired size.
• If you would like advice, please provide your waist and hip measurements.
• Tracking Number of the shipment.
